Refund and Returns Policy


You cannot refund yourself, if any error is found in the application submitted by you, then your application will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be refunded in your wallet, which you can take in your bank..

The customer cannot demand any kind of extra payment. You will be entitled to get the order money back only.

Or else you have submitted the application with wrong documents and that application was submitted to the department by the MeriCyber Panel team, after that if the application is canceled by the department, then the payment will not be refunded in such a case. If the receipt is paid by the concerned department, then only the amount refunded by the department can be paid to the customer. In this case also the service charge will not be refundable…

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

When can the customer claim own refund ?

If the application has not been delivered to the concerned department on time by MeriCyber Panel team.

If any application has been rejected by the MeriCyber Panel team.

If an Certificate is issued by the concerned department, but the relevant documents have not been provided by by the Meri Cyber Panel team.

If any error has been made by the user in the application. (In such a case, the user will have to call the customer support helpline and inform before the receipt is generated)
